Agreement
By booking a trip or purchasing a product you agree to these terms, together with the trip-specific conditions shown on each trip page.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once the first installment or full payment has been received. When paying in two installments, the second payment is due five months after the reservation and always before departure.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, vaccinations and travel insurance covering the activities included in the itinerary.
Changes
Itineraries may be adjusted for safety, weather or local conditions. Any material change will be communicated as early as possible.
