Digital products
Digital products are non-refundable once the download has been accessed. If a file fails to deliver, contact us and we will resolve it.
Physical products
All sales are final and returns are not accepted. Due to high demand, please expect roughly 3 weeks before receiving your product. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.
Trips
Trip payments follow the cancellation policy published on each trip page.
